A story about a sacrastic girl who is connected with people not like her. Well, not like humans to be specific. She must learn the ins and outs of their society, which, unlike hers, is one that is respectful, caring, and family-oriented. Some might think that leaving your family would be hard, but you don't have up-tight, egotistical, distant, and down right indifferent parents. For her, it's a walk in the park. But as problems begin to arise and hard decisions must be made, she begins to wonder if it was worth it.

In essence this one is a love story. It's about a girl and an unusual boy whose arguements make them furious, and yet are fringed with the feeling of belonging. It follows her life as she is forced to make some life-changing decisions (literally), and decide exactly how she feels about the world, and what she is going to do with it.
